Our Origin Story

If you're a full-time RVer traveling through the Thousand Trails or Encore network, there's a decent chance we've crossed paths.

We lived and traveled full-time in the RV network for more than six years, spending much of that time moving between Thousand Trails and Encore parks.

Planning around people was surprisingly difficult.

We could plan where we were going. We could manage reservations. But there wasn't a good way to see where our friends were headed, find upcoming overlaps, or coordinate future plans without constantly texting everyone.

So we started building RVGather.

What began as a way to solve our own travel-planning problems gradually became something much bigger. We've spent the last few years building and testing RVGather while traveling, talking with other RVers, and improving it based on how people actually move through these networks.

It wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built in campgrounds.

We're still building it the same way today — alongside the people who actually live this lifestyle.
