Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Access to RVGather is by invitation and admin approval only; we may decline, suspend, or revoke access at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; one person, one account.

RVGather provides tools for RV travelers to record trips, campsite stays, and overnight stops, share availability with friends and groups, discover points of interest, and receive notifications. The Platform is a coordination and information tool only. We do not own, operate, book, or guarantee any campground, reservation, or third-party service, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with other users or third parties.

You agree to act respectfully and in good faith. You will not harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others; post hate speech, spam, or excessive self-promotion; impersonate any person or entity; or share false or misleading information. You will not share another person's private information, precise location, or images without their consent. Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without warning.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (trips, photos, messages, and other materials, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant RVGather a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to share any User Content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

When you share a campsite stay, overnight stop, or reservation, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Notifications and matches are generated based on your settings and automated algorithms and are provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of delivery, timing, or accuracy. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

All rights in the Platform — including its software, source code, design, layout, user-experience and workflow concepts, features, branding, logos, text, and original ideas — are owned by Life.Voyage LLC (the company that owns and operates RVGather) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose, no rights are granted to you. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not, directly or indirectly: (a) copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or recreate any part of the Platform's design, features, workflows, or concepts; (b) access or use the Platform to gather competitive intelligence or to design, build, fund, or operate a competing product or service; (c) scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect data, content, or user information from the Platform; (d) use bots, automated scripts, or AI tools to extract or replicate Platform functionality or content; (e) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without our written permission; or (f) circumvent any access, security, or rate-limiting controls. These restrictions protect the original work and investment behind RVGather and Life.Voyage LLC. Breach of this section is a material violation and may result in immediate termination and legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages.

We handle your information with care and do not sell your personal data. Limited profile information is visible to other verified members to facilitate sharing and trust. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link/placeholder]. You can manage privacy-related settings in your account.

RVGather is free to join, and core features are free while the Platform grows. Certain optional premium features, group capabilities, or credits may be offered for a fee. All payments are processed through PayPal. Any paid credits or features are one-time purchases — we do not offer recurring subscriptions or auto-renewing billing. We may modify, reduce, or expire unused credits over time, and we may change prices or available paid features at any time. Voluntary donations, if offered, are non-refundable and grant no additional rights.

Except where required by law, payments and donations are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [support email] and we will review the matter in good faith.

The Platform may reference or link to third-party campgrounds, maps, booking sites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or conduct. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

RV travel and in-person meetings carry inherent risks. You participate in any trip, campsite stay, overnight stop, or meetup arranged through or facilitated by the Platform entirely at your own risk. Life.Voyage LLC does not vet members beyond basic approval, does not supervise meetups, and is not responsible for the conduct of other users or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your travel or interactions. Always follow standard safety practices.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or notification will be accurate or timely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life.Voyage LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. If you have paid us nothing, we have no monetary liability to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life.Voyage LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms or community standards. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, prohibited uses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Life.Voyage LLC (the operator of RVGather) is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, resolved on an individual basis (not as a class action) to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Life.Voyage LLC regarding RVGather.
