Overview
Reservation Import lets you bring your existing reservations into ProcrastiCamper in bulk. Paste from a spreadsheet, forward a confirmation email, or upload a file — the system parses dates, campground names, and confirmation numbers automatically.
Why it matters
Most RV travelers already have reservations scattered across email inboxes, spreadsheets, and campground-specific portals. Re-entering each one manually is tedious and error-prone. Import gets you up and running in minutes instead of hours.
How it works
- Choose an import method: paste from clipboard, upload a CSV/spreadsheet, or forward a confirmation email.
- ProcrastiCamper parses the data and shows a preview of detected reservations.
- Review and confirm campground names, dates, and confirmation numbers.
- Imported reservations appear in your timeline with full tracking and alert support.
When to use it
- You're new to ProcrastiCamper and have a season's worth of reservations already booked.
- A friend shared a trip spreadsheet and you want to add those stops to your account.
- You received multiple booking confirmations by email and want them tracked centrally.
