Overlapping Stay Detection
Automatically detect when you and your friends will be at the same campground during overlapping dates.
Overview
Overlapping Stay Detection scans your reservations against your friends' reservations and flags when you'll be at the same campground at the same time. No manual checking required — the system surfaces these overlaps so you can plan to meet up.
Why it matters
RV travelers constantly pass through the same parks without knowing their friends are there too. You find out three days later on Facebook that your buddy was two rows over. Overlap detection eliminates those missed connections by proactively telling you when a friend will be nearby.
How it works
When you or a friend adds a reservation, the system compares it against all connected friends' bookings. If two reservations share the same campground and their date ranges overlap — even by a single day — both friends get notified. The overlap shows up on your timeline, on the map, and in your notifications.
