Destination Events let you create and join gatherings tied to a specific campground or destination. Invite friends, set a date, and coordinate details so everyone shows up at the right place at the right time.
Why it matters
RV travel is more fun with company. But coordinating meetups across time zones, changing itineraries, and multiple campground systems is surprisingly hard. Destination Events give everyone a shared reference point — one event, one location, one date — so plans actually stick.
How it works
- Create an event and attach it to a campground or destination.
- Set the date range and add a description (potluck, campfire, rally, etc.).
- Invite friends or share a link. Invitees see the event on their timeline.
- Attendees can RSVP, add notes, and see who else is going.
When to use it
- You're organizing a group campfire at a Thousand Trails park and want a headcount.
- A rally or RV meetup is happening and you want to share details with your travel circle.
- You and friends are converging on the same area and want to pick a date to gather.
