How it works

When planning a group trip, the organizer sets a target date range and invites group members. Each member's existing reservations and availability feed into the algorithm. The system suggests date windows ranked by how many participants can attend, flags conflicts, and shows who would need to adjust. The organizer picks a recommendation, and invites go out with the confirmed dates.
