Overview
Check-In Reminders send you a notification before your scheduled arrival at a campground. Choose how far in advance you want the reminder — from a few hours to several days — so you have time to prepare, confirm, and travel.
Why it matters
Forgetting a check-in date can mean losing a reservation, paying a no-show fee, or scrambling to find a last-minute alternative. A well-timed reminder keeps you on schedule and ready to roll.
How it works
- Each reservation has a configurable check-in reminder (default: 24 hours before).
- At the scheduled time, you receive a push notification and an in-app alert.
- The alert shows the campground name, check-in date, and any notes you added.
- Tap the alert to view full reservation details or get driving directions.
When to use it
- You're driving to a new campground and need a heads-up to start packing the day before.
- Your campground has an early check-in cutoff and you want a morning-of reminder.
- You have back-to-back stays and need to track which site you're heading to next.
- You want to coordinate arrival times with friends at the same park.
