Overview
Check-Out Reminders alert you before your scheduled departure from a campground. Get a heads-up to break camp, settle any remaining fees, and move to your next destination without rushing.
Why it matters
Overstaying a check-out time can result in extra-night charges, conflicts with incoming campers, or a stressful last-minute scramble. A simple reminder the morning of — or the evening before — gives you time to pack up calmly.
How it works
- Each reservation has a configurable check-out reminder (default: 24 hours before).
- At the scheduled time, you receive a push notification and an in-app alert.
- The alert shows the campground name, check-out date, and your next stop if one is scheduled.
- Tap the alert to view your upcoming reservation or get directions to your next destination.
When to use it
- You're in a Thousand Trails park with a strict 14-day maximum and need a day-before reminder.
- Your next campground check-in is the same afternoon and you need to time your departure.
- You want a gentle nudge to start the "break camp" routine the evening before.
- You have a late-checkout request pending and want to remember to confirm it.
