Shared Trip Planning with Friends
Invite friends to co-plan RV trips together with shared stops, campground suggestions, and collaborative itinerary editing.
Overview
Shared Trip Planning lets you invite friends into a trip so everyone can contribute. Each person can add stops, suggest campgrounds, and weigh in on itinerary changes — no more back-and-forth texts trying to coordinate a group trip.
Why it matters
Group RV trips fall apart when planning happens in scattered text threads and spreadsheets. One person ends up doing all the work while everyone else says "whatever works for me." Shared planning gives everyone a seat at the table with a single source of truth that stays current.
How it works
When you create or open a trip, you can invite friends who are already connected on the platform. Invited friends see the trip in their own account and can add suggested stops, rearrange the order, or leave notes on specific campgrounds. All changes sync in real time so everyone sees the latest version of the plan.
When to use it
- Planning a multi-week trip with another couple who has their own campground preferences
- Organizing a rally or group meetup where multiple families want input on the destination
- Letting your travel partner help build the itinerary while you handle reservations
- Coordinating a snowbird caravan route with friends heading south for the winter
